I’m new to the air fryer. With a family of 6 I didn’t see how it would be the best option. However … my son bought one for me for Christmas and I love it. On a whim … I thought – lets try this with a steak.
Oh my goodness!! Game changer! It was perfect medium rare temp. Thank you for the recipe! (Full disclosure > I did not cook 6 steaks! I was home alone and did 1 steak, then added a few potato cubes to crisp up!)
