I really didn’t think I was going to like this. It’s surprisingly SO GOOD! In that, I-can’t-stop-eating-this, kind of way. I disagree with one review that says don’t add the salt as it will draw out the moisture in the cucumbers. It does, but that’s a good thing! After a day or two in the fridge, just recombine and get this super creamy “sauce”. The tang of the yogurt mellows out too.

I’ll be making this again and again. And again.

I am amazed at how much I love this. It is so simple. I’ve used different yogurts depending on what I have. I always use fresh dill, and I like using salt. It is amazing with dishes such as yogurt marinated chicken thighs which is beyond tasty! I don’t have any issues cutting thin slices myself, luckily since I am afraid of using a mandolin lol I agree it should be eaten when made. I could see this as a snack too as someone else mentioned, great idea!

I love this salad. Personnaly I do not had salt before serving because it take out the water in the cucumbers and makes the sauce to clear. Salt only at the table.

Easy and fast would make again

Been craving fresh dill/tzatziki and this fits the craving for the perfect side or afternoon snack. Will make this often!
