This is FANTASTIC! I couldn’t find the mezzi rigatoni, so I subbed in orzo and added some arugula microgreens to bump up the veggies. Totally amazing.

I just made this, and it is delicious. Since it was my first time using the recipe, I followed it exactly as written. I couldn’t find the DeLallo products in my area so I ordered them online directly from DeLallo. I’m glad I did because this is so flavorful and I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you!

This is so tasty and very easy! I really wanted the DeLallo pasta (love the shape!) but it’s nowhere near me to buy in person anymore and it’s just out of my budget right now to ship it for one meal, so I used tri color veggie rotini and it was great! I wasn’t going to use the balsamic glaze, but I ended up getting it with a bottle of Salsa Lizana for another recipe and I’m glad I did! Served with some simple thin chicken breasts and I have leftovers for lunch, yay!

Delish! I added more mozz, but I’m telling myself it’s extra protein!;) I used grocery store cherry tomatoes because it’s what I had on hand and it worked just fine!
